USDA buying .40 cal sub machine guns

Remember, it is perfectly legal for them to use these with soft nose rounds, those “dum dum” rounds that are illegal in war outside the USA.

The tender is pretty straightforward :

“The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General, located in Washington, DC, pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, has a requirement for the commercial acquisition of submachine guns, .40 Cal. S&W, ambidextrous safety, semi-automatic or 2 shot burst trigger group, Tritium night sights for front and rear, rails for attachment of flashlight (front under fore grip) and scope (top rear), stock-collapsible or folding, magazine – 30 rd. capacity, sling, light weight, and oversized trigger guard for gloved operation.”

The US Government continues to create a third army, comprising Federal Government employees, who have full military capabilities and operate with no democratic accountability in all 50 States. Unlike the US Military, they are not restricted from being deployed against “We The People”.

I expect those opposed to personal ownership of arms are relaxed about this, and will find no reason to question the need for magazines with a 30 round capacity.
