I have been mulling this over since moving to Texas – I need to make my own sausages.
I tried several times to get them made at Whole Foods in Austin, as they did in Andover MA, but they could not understand how anyone could not want an overdose of spice in sausages the size of a baby’s forearm (to borrow a phrase..).
So I have been sausageless for months and months!
Therefore, I shall save up and buy a food jobbie with a mincer attachment. It can sit next to my rice cooker, which also can make great stews.
Perhaps I shall even use it! Then I shall be able to cook sausages on the BBQ.
