I guess they will have to go abroad to have their loudness fully appreciated!
These petty rules must seem so reasonable to people who are on a mission to “improve” others’ lives. Mind you, if you have ever had a brief whispered conversation in the quiet car of the Acela Express, you will know that Massachusetts does have some very control-oriented people. Usually PO-faced upright citizens, who are probably Hingham Selectpersons.
