For years, it has been run on autopilot, with the richly-rewarded “public servants” who are tasked with diligently checking and approving appropriate expenditures abdicating their responsibilities. Rubber stamping the trillions of dollars that flood out of the doors, these people have been serially engaged in the world’s greatest case of institutional larceny.
