His bosses at Deep State Central only care about preserving their monopoly on domestic surveillance of US Citizens, which is run directly and is also contracted out to Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, X, Amazon and the telcos complex (lines, exchanges, operators, ISPs).

So the art of the deal is to have Trump come to the rescue with a 50:50 ownership deal. As I don’t use TikTok I don’t care: nor do 170 million US users of the CCP’s product. They are happy to surrender their privacy to everyone and his dog.

I’m as far off the plantation and way over the hills as I can be, but like everyone else I am on the digital dog leash through mobile, ISP, Linkedin, WordPress, credit/debit cards, toll booths, bank accounts, etc.

We all have a surveillance state heatmap: the question to ask is – “who presents the most immediate threat?
